Supplements are available for return if they have not been opened or been defaced. Opened items can be returned if damaged in transport or have a manufacturing defect. If you have a special situation, please speak with us directly (603)623-6800. You can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. All refunds must be within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type and must include a letter stating reason for a return. There are no refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
